Agillic presents at IIR's leading "CRM FOR MOBILE OPERATORS" conference in Lisbon 4-7 december 2006

This event focuses on how mobile operators use their CRM systems as a strategic tool to gain competitive advantage, maximise loyalty, reduce churn and increase ARPU throughout the customer lifecycle.

Agillic is presenting its views of enhancing the value of the lifecycle by implementing a Customer Lifecycle Management solution. Drawing on its experiences of working with a number of mobile operators Agillic will demonstrate how it provides operators with the tools to enable real-time, multi-channel, cross channel dialogues driven by the customer.
