Major nordic communication service provider signs an agreement to extend its current use of the agillic solution

This enhancement gives subscribers additional flexibility and control of services and products powered by the self-care element of the CLM platform. Subscribers can quickly and efficiently choose to change their tariff plans from a choice of offers and incentives that match their own usage patterns.
