Meeting demand, Agillic builds new UK team

  
Responding to an increasing demand from UK-based brands and agencies, Agillic is strengthening its operations in UK by making a considerable effort to continue its growth. New forces will contribute to ensure the best service for its UK clients and partners. The reopening of the Agillic UK office is led by former behavioral targeting technology head, Turlough Martin. He joins Agillic from Wunderloop and becomes managing director with responsibility for building the UK team.
   
Turlough Martin says, “Digital marketers in the UK are becoming increasingly sophisticated in their campaigns, integrating behavioral targeting and email with mobile marketing, call centre interaction and point of sale activity. I have joined Agillic because I can see the massive potential for the platform in the UK. It’s no longer good enough to talk to customers in silos. Conversations must be immediate and interactive across multiple platforms.”
     
Heading up a team of extremely skilled people, Turlough Martin will be looking to grow Agillic’s UK-based business alongside new hires Richard Barker and Josephine Groom. Richard Barker joins Agillic as Sales Director after having spearheaded leading marketing service provider, Axciom, in its efforts to develop a multichannel marketing practice. Josephine Groom joins as Client Services Director after years in digital marketing, lastly with digital agency, bd-ntwk.
