Mikko Hietanen joins Agillic as Chief Executive Officer 1 June 2006
Mikko Hietanen, joins Agillic from Oracle Inc. and Siebel Systems where he held a variety of product management, solution consulting and operational roles over seven years. Before joining he was responsible for managing and growing Siebel's business for the communications industry in Europe, Middle East and Africa. A respected international executive in the communications industry, Mikko Hietanen brings 12 years of CRM experience to Agillic.
Prior to joining Siebel, Mikko Hietanen spent five years at Accenture as a business consultant and project manager implementing CRM projects for Finnish and Italian communications service providers.
"I am tremendously excited to be joining the Agillic team. The company has had great success in the Nordic market thus far and there will be increasing need for Customer Lifecycle Management across the region as markets mature," said Hietanen. "Service providers are looking for additional ARPU from data revenues, broadband and other new products and are struggling with costly churn. Agillic appoints Geoff Wright as Chief Sales Officer
Geoff Wright recently joined Agillic as Chief Sales Officer, having spent 21 years of his career within the technology market, including 12 years in sales and six years in sales management. Geoff Wright brings substantial knowledge of the Self Service and Customer Lifecycle Management sector to Agillic and will be the driving force of representing Agillic's products with his sales team.
Geoff's careers spans eight years at Mercury Communications, two years at AT&T and six years at IBM, the last two of which he was Head of Sales for eBusiness Hosting in the UK. Over the past six years Geoff was European Sales Manager at edocs where he was instrumental in growing edocs from a fledgling eBilling company into the worlds leading Online Self Service provider, leading eventually to its acquisition by Siebel Systems at the end of 2004. Since then Geoff has managed the sales of Siebel's Self Service proposition across Europe.
"Customer Lifecycle Management is a new category that allows operators to manage the whole dialogue from customer acquisition to retention and win-back. Agillic allows operators to talk to their customers at the right time," said Geoff Wright.

New office in London
Agillic recently completed a round of financing, attracting 5 million Euros in Venture Capital Financing from Amadeus Capital Partners and Vækstfonden.
With product management and development based in Copenhagen, Denmark and R&D in Warsaw, Poland as well Kiev, Ukraine, Agillic's continued strategy of expansion has now seen a new corporate headquarters open in the heart of London.
