The Danish State Railways (DSB) and Wunderman Copenhagen launches new interactive integrated marketing program using Agillic’s platform.
S-more is a loyalty initiative where existing customers are assigned into gold, silver and bronze categories based on their travelling behaviour. Using the Agillic platform, DSB is able to treat each customer according to their value and behaviour. The dialogue program is executed via online, email, the mobile and offline channels in a consistent manner ensuring relevancy no matter on which channel that the customer interacts. Only three weeks into the campaign - which is projected to run until Christmas - DSB have exceeded sign-up targets for the entire campaign by more than 50%.
