Carsten is one of the founding members of Agillic and is responsible for the strategic direction and development of Agillic's product suite. Since the company's inception Carsten has been the driving force behind the design and quality of the software. His vision has ensured the success of Agillic by developing an innovative solution that is unique in the market place. Carsten has a strong engineering background. He has been involved in the design and implementation of some of the largest IT business innovations in the Nordic media, finance and telco industry. Including: Boogie TV [Interactive TV by DR], MediaHybrid Gateway [Nordic Consumer Interaction gateway for TCCC], Coinclick [Micropayment solution by Danske Bank / Nordea], CBB Mobil [Europe's first Service Provider today owned by Telenor DK].

Jakob Algreen-Ussing is responsible for corporate development, strategy, partnerships and client advisory. For the last 12 years, Jakob's main focus has been promoting a "customer centric enterprise" to Telecoms, Media and Consumer companies. He has worked in an advisory and consultative capacity to companies like Orange, Telenor/SONOFON, TDC, HI3G, TeliaSonera, CBB Mobil and ClearWire.
His work helping companies transform to customer centric enterprises has covered the challenges associated with a 360 degree change approach achieved only by placing the customer experience at the heart of all strategic decisions. He has gained a wealth of experience as he has taken companies through extensive transformation processes by identifying enhanced workflow and processes from a strategic IT and financial view.

Experienced telecom industry influencer Mike Frayne has been appointed as Agillic's Chairman of the Board. Mr. Frayne has founded several highly successful companies including Intec Telecom Systems, a leading provider of billing and mediation solutions for carriers worldwide. Mr Frayne also served as Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Intec. Mr. Frayne is also a founder of numerous other IT businesses, including international IT services group iOCORE, which employed almost 700 people globally. iOCORE was founded in 1995 and developed operations in both Europe and Australia. The Finnish iOCORE subsidiary became a public company in 2000 and Mr. Frayne chaired this business until it was merged in 2004 to form Sentera Oy. In 2001, Mr. Frayne received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Jeppe Zink is an Investment Manager at Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, focusing on software and communications investments. Since joining Amadeus in 2003, Jeppe has worked on several transactions for the firm and he is currently on the board of Agillic and Enigmatec which is a market leader in virtualization management software to communication service providers. Jeppe is also involved with Celltick, a pioneer for active content marketing to mobile devices. Exited investments include End2End Mobile (sold to MACH) and Quadstone (sold to Portrait Software Plc).
Previously Jeppe worked with DB Capital Venture Partners, where he was a founder member. Jeppe also worked in different roles at Deutsche Bank, including their Principal Investments and M&A teams.

Jan Werner has successfully co-founded two businesses - Emerge and Agillic. In 2006 Emerge merged with Wunderman making it the largest customer-focused Direct Marketing agency in Denmark where he is now CEO.
Jan has many years of experience within marketing, having spent the last 14 years specialising in relationship marketing. He has advised many leading blue-chip companies on how to build successful brands by creating innovative relationship marketing strategies to improve the customer experience.

Jørgen joined the Sunstone team in 2006 with a specialist investment focus within telecom and mobile communications. Jorgen has more than 22 years of international operational and business management experience from the mobile telecoms industry.

Prior to Sunstone, Jørgen spent 13 years with Nokia, where he was responsible for a variety of senior management positions from Vice President of the Emerging Broadband Systems Business Unit  to heading Nokia's Operation Solutions and Services in the Americas, Europe and Middle East.    In addition, Jørgen held senior management positions globally with Nokia Enterprise Mobility Solutions, Nokia Business Development and Nokia Mobile Internet Applications. Earlier Jørgen spent 6 years with Motorola in senior product management and operational functions in Denmark, Sweden, and the USA.
