Telia Customer Lifecycle Marketing for postpaid

Telia Denmark is part of TeliaSonera, the leading telecommunications provider in the Nordic and Baltic region.   Telia Denmark is the third largest supplier of mobile services in the country with 2.3 million subscribers.  Telia focuses primarily on mobile services, broadband services and cable TV.  Mobile prices have fallen sharply but have now stabilised after consolidation in the market. Denmark has some of the lowest mobile prices in Europe. The acquisition of the Danish Orange operations at the end of 2004 brought 630,000 new mobile customers and significantly strengthened Telia’s market position.


Hi3G Customer Lifecycle Marketing and Selfcare

3 is a marketing leading mobile media brand offering its customers a convergence of communications, entertainment and information on the move. It is the largest pure 3G player - its network is available across eight countries and has over 10 million customers.

Agillic works in partnership with 3 in Sweden within a very competitive market where the MMS market grew by 54% from the first half of 2005 to 2006 to 27.1 million.

Sonofon is one of the largest mobile service providers in Denmark with a network used by more than 1.5 million mobile customers and with a headcount of about 1,200.

Sonofon is owned by Telenor, one of the biggest telcos in the Nordic countries with mobile operations in 12 countries worldwide and a strong Nordic-based business in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

TDC, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a provider of fixed, mobile, broadband, and Internet services in Denmark. Clearwire, is a provider of wireless high-speed Internet services. Headquartered in the USA, Wash., the company launched its first market in August 2004 and now offers service in 37 metro markets, covering approximately 8.9 million people in more than 350 municipalities in Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin in the United States, as well as 1.2 million people in Ireland, Belgium and Denmark.

dixiTel is a Danish based international company that offers simple and cheap mobile telephony with no subscription or activation charges. dixiTel is 100% web based with all registrations and purchase of call credit performed via the web.


Dot Customer Lifecycle Marketing for MVNO

Dot is a MVNO based in the UK targeting the student market. They offer a basic low cost telephony service with registration and service on-line with the additional benefit of have a network of advocates based in the majority of Universities across the UK.
