Overview of Case

Dixitel commenced services in 2005 as the first ever internet based MVNO in Europe.    It entered the market with a pre-paid service offering voice and SMS on a pay-as-you-go model with no subscription primarily to the youth market.   Its business model was based on a strong partnership focus with  specialised vendors to complete the full value chain required to launch the initiative.


Dixitel required a CLM solution that could be implemented in a very short timescale and that was capable of managing its customers expectations from acquisition through to loyalty at low cost by:

  • Effectively attracting new customers via digital marketing
  • Tailor acquisition programmes to match the needs of the target audience 
  • Manage web and handset questionnaires to gain customer data
  • Automated pre-paid selfcare solution
  • On-line personalised service management to include call data presentation

 

Project Details

To meet the above objectives, Dixitel chose to implement Agillic’s CLM for MVNO solution to take advantage of its rich self-care application that gave customers the ability to be completely self-sufficient.  Customers could easily manage their top-ups, e-payments and check their call records on line.  The web was available in three different languages.    Each customer benefited from its own website where individualised messages were posted to keep customers attention and SMS were sent out to promote future use.
