Overview of Case

Dot is a MVNO based in the UK, targeting the student population with a basic, low cost, voice service.  It’s unique sales proposition consists of student advocates based in the majority of Universities across the UK who are responsible for attracting new customers.

To ensure the success of this business model, Dot required a fully automated and easy-to-use post-paid self-care solution that could act as a central communication media with its customers.

Project Details

Dot chose to deploy Agillic’s CLM for MVNO solution to take advantage of its best practices and implementation methodologies to ensure a low-risk implementation as the project needed to be complete in just 8 weeks. Agillic successfully deployed both its self-care and shop applications.  The self-care simplified the registration process making it very easy for students to sign-up for the service. The shop application contained a product catalogue that individualised offers for students based on their consumption patterns. These offers consisting of handsets and accessories could be purchased, hassle free by a one-click buy option with the added benefit of a fully automated fulfilment process.
