Since Agillic’s inception in 1999, Carsten has been the driving force behind the company’s success.  Through his vision, leadership and motivation Agillic has developed and marketed a world-class, on-demand, interactive marketing service.  As CEO, Carsten is responsible for the strategic direction, ensuring the company constantly evolves to meet investor, customer, partner and employee expectations.   Prior to Agillic, he worked for some of the largest IT business innovations in the Nordic media, finance and telecommunications industry.   Carsten has an engineering background, from the Technical University of Denmark.  It is his ability to blend engineering with business, that has inspired the innovative culture which has propelled Agillic to become a leader in its domain.  Creating a high profiled software company, with more than 20 million end-customers deployed on its platform.

René joined Agillic in September 2008 with over 15 years of financial experience.  He is responsible for overseeing the company’s international financial operations, business analysis, financial strategies, planning and reporting.  Prior to joining Agillic, René served as CFO for international retailing and IT companies where he successfully contributed to their rapid international growth strategies.  He also worked for a leading accounting company where he established his skills within rigorous financial controls and cost efficiencies by implementing comprehensive reporting structures and process optimisation strategies for his clients.  René has an extensive and diversified financial background and holds a degree in accounting and controlling.

Magnus joined Agillic in 2003 bringing more than 15 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.  Magnus is responsible for the design, quality, performance, reliability and roadmap of Agillic’s solutions.   Prior to Agillic, Magnus worked for Siebel Systems as part of the Core Technology team where he helped architect the Siebel Handheld product line and build the Siebel Web Engine.   He has also worked for a number of software development companies in the US and Denmark.  Magnus has an extensive technical background and holds a Masters degree in Computer Science.
