CLM FOR PREPAID

CLM for Prepaid is designed to create loyalty with this traditionally unknown segment of your customer base.  This group is often very fickle, used to chasing the cheapest tariff and happy to churn frequently.  It is a constant challenge to keep this minimal spending group loyal at a low cost.

The CLM for Prepaid solution successfully addresses these challenges by encouraging subscribers to participate in loyalty programmes via the effective use of SMS, MMS and an interactive web portal.   Pre-registration is targeted at acquiring contact permissions and offers the opportunity to submit email addresses which creates another highly valuable communication channel.

CLM for Prepaid contains a selection of Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) concepts to run effective acquisition, loyalty and retention programmes to engage prepaid customers in compelling one-to-one interactions.  Once a customer is registered to a programme and has expressed permission to contact, a personalised learning journey will begin between operator and customer.
