Agillic is a combined marketing automation platform and customer data platform (CDP). Core capabilities include:

- A patented method for large-scale data communication that reduces the complexity of omnichannel personalisation
- A no-code Flow Designer for building automated customer journeys
- A native content editor with drag-and-drop templates, conditional logic, and dynamic content blocks
- AI-powered copywriting, translation, and content localisation

- Decentralised Messaging for enabling local teams or non-technical users to send targeted communications via their own interfaces

## Agillic CDP

The Agillic CDP collects data from an organisation's systems into a single, activation-ready customer profile. It captures web behaviour, purchases, subscriptions, and CRM records, eliminating data silos. The CDP was developed by Danish software company Arrigoo, acquired by Agillic in August 2026.

Agillic supports the following outbound and owned media channels:

- **Email**: Proprietary editor and native delivery system with no third-party dependencies. Supports dynamic content blocks, subject line testing, and transactional email on separate mail servers.
- **SMS**: Dedicated SMS editor with inbound and outbound support, RCS support, and no-code personalisation.
- **App push and in-app**: iOS and Android compatible. Real-time triggers, live preview, and support for multiple apps.
- **Paid media**: Native integrations with Google Ads and Meta for real-time audience export, lookalike audience creation, and privacy-compliant suppression using first-party data.
- **Print**: Dynamic PDF generation using the same data and content blocks as email and SMS.
- **Web pages and forms**: Personalised landing pages and forms built within the platform, with progressive profiling and real-time data activation.
- **Point of sale (Advisor Portal)**: Interface for service and sales staff providing real-time customer insights and next-best-action recommendations.
- **Decentralised Messaging**: Lightweight messaging for local teams via an organisation's own interfaces.

Agillic integrates with the broader MarTech ecosystem through three types of integrations:

- Operates exclusively on proprietary, EU-based infrastructure

- Full GDPR compliance verified annually through an independent ISAE 3000 Type II audit
- Compliant with ePrivacy, DMA, EU AI Act, NIS2, and DORA
- No customer data is shared or processed outside the EU
- Proprietary email, SMS, and app push delivery infrastructure with no dependency on non-EU vendors

## Pricing

Agillic uses a transparent pricing model: customers pay an annual licence fee for platform access plus a transaction fee for messages sent (email, SMS). There are no hidden charges. Agillic is one of the few publicly listed martech companies in the Nordics, with regular regulated financial reporting available to customers and investors.
