Christian Samsø
Chief Executive Officer
Christian was appointed as CEO in November 2024 and has broad experience within subscription-based and SaaS B2B businesses. He has had various CEO-positions in the last 25 years, including Egmont Kid & Teens, Goodiebox, and SaaS B2B companies like MapsPeople, Skandiaweb, and CBIT, focusing on aggressive growth and profitability.
Key competencies are international sales, partner sales management, business development, and scale-ups. Christian holds three board positions (MapsPeople, Readynez, and GI Networks) and an MSc in management and marketing from CBS, Copenhagen.

Jack Sørensen
Chief Financial Officer
Jack joined Agillic in May 2025 from Evaxion-Biotech A/S – a biotech company listed on Nasdaq New York and operating in Australia and Denmark – where he has been the VP of Finance and Reporting since 2022.
Jack brings extensive international experience across IT and SaaS, med- and biotech, telecom, and consultancy, having held various roles in companies like Deloitte, Chr. Hansen Holding, DONG Energy (Ørsted), Global Connect Outsourcing, and Widex.

Bo Sannung
Chief Commercial Officer
Bo joined Agillic in 2015. He has experience in both IT management, digital marketing and marketing management from advertising and consulting agencies, and in the software and financial industries. He combines a profound technical, analytical and business understanding.
Bo holds an MSc in Marketing, Management and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and a diploma in leadership, management and business administration from IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Lars Frahm Rasmussen
Chief Product Officer
Lars joined Agillic in 2024. With extensive leadership experience as Chief Product Officer and Chief Business Development Officer, he has played a central role in driving SaaS innovation, agile product development, and international market growth. In these positions, Lars led the delivery of new projects and product features, defined commercial strategies, and secured large-scale projects while building partnerships across Scandinavia, the UK, Canada, and the US.
Lars holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology, a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, and a Graduate Diploma in Organisation & Management, bringing deep expertise across both product and business development.

Allan E. Sørensen
Chief Operating Officer
Allan joined Agillic in 2022 and brings more than two decades of experience in the digital industry. His career spans software development, SaaS and platform management, digital marketing, and public affairs, with particular expertise in EU digital regulation and compliance.
With an MSc in Economics from Copenhagen University and a Strategy Diploma from Henley Business School, Allan combines strategic insight with deep operational expertise to help Agillic scale and deliver value for partners and investors.

Rasmus Houlind
Chief Experience Officer
Rasmus Houlind joined Agillic in 2015. He has spent his career working with international clients and developing loyalty programs in international agencies.
Rasmus is an international keynote speaker and has authored the books ‘Make it all about me: Leveraging omnichannel and AI for marketing success’ and ‘Hello $Firstname’ about omnichannel marketing, personalisation, and customer experience.
Rasmus holds an M.A. in Information Studies from Aarhus University.
