Meet The Team

Here’s your chance to get to know some of the people behind Agillic.

Charlie

Business Development Manager

Q: How long have you been working for Agillic?

A: Joined September 2018

Q: Is there something that people may not know about your position?

A: Like many people at Agillic, I wear quite a few hats – call it a hybrid role. In a single day, I could be doing anything from outbound prospecting and sourcing new partners all the way to responding to RFPs and helping to close opportunities. It’s all very exciting.

Q: When you were little, what job did you dream of having when you grew up?

A: I will be very honest, I loved Michael Schumacher and really did think I could become an F1 driver.

Q: What makes you look forward to coming into the office?

A: Every day is different. I could be talking to a high growth Fintech one day and a hotel chain the next.

Alex

Technical Product Manager

Q: How long have you been working for Agillic?

A: I started in October of 2017

Q: Is there something that people may not know about your position?

A: While my title designates me to the technical aspects of our product, a lot of consideration goes into how these decisions will enable the marketing-oriented functionalities. This non-technical influence broadens our thinking process, and makes the solutions we find more exciting.

Q: When you were little, what job did you dream of having when you grew up?

A: Thinking back, I wanted to be a civil engineer, although I probably had an inaccurate expectation of what it meant. I love building things, and Lego was my preferred medium when I was younger!

Q: What makes you look forward to coming into the office?

A: Wait, we can go back to the office now?

Dagny

Customer Success Manager

Q: How long have you been working for Agillic?

A: Joined September 2018

Q: Is there something that people may not know about your position?

A: It might be true that my position is self-explanatory. But, few will know that a little (read a lot) of obsessive-level thinking will get you far. When I have lots of projects, interests, and customers to tend to, I have to keep multiple plates spinning at the same time. An obsessive attention to detail helps me keep track of each of my responsibilities.

Q: When you were little, what job did you dream of having when you grew up?

A: I wanted to be a CEO. Of what, I have no idea! 🙂 But, as I grew a bit older, I realised I wanted to work with people and communication which morphed into projects and project management, then later client management.

Q: What makes you look forward to coming into the office?

A: My colleagues and the cross-team collaboration, which is a huge part of my day to day work.

Benjamin

Quality Assurance Engineer

Q: How long have you been working for Agillic?

A: Joined October 2014

Q: Is there something that people may not know about your position?

A: You get to work with spreadsheets… a lot! It’s up to you whether that’s a surprise or not.

Q: When you were little, what job did you dream of having when you grew up?

A: When I was little, I wanted to be a school teacher, perhaps for maths. So, I suppose it makes sense I’ve ended up in QA.

Q: What makes you look forward to coming into the office?

A: I really enjoy coming in and seeing my colleagues in person. It’s great to talk about work but also to have a chit chat.
